⚠️ Sold Separately
The Nintendo Switch 2 Camera is not included in the box. It is required for video chat via GameChat and for certain AR game features. MicroSD Express cards for extra storage are also sold separately — note that older microSD cards from Switch 1 are not compatible.

Original microSD cards from Switch 1 are not compatible — you need microSD Express cards. Nintendo Labo VR Kit is the only Switch 1 game that does not work on Switch 2 due to the physical cardboard design. A small number of Switch 1 games have minor in-game compatibility issues.
